1955 – 2024
Rosemarie Langan Quinn, 69 of Scranton passed away Friday November 8th, 2024 at home. She was married to the love of her life, Joseph P. Quinn and celebrated their 47nd anniversary in January.
Born in Scranton she was the daughter of the late Gerald and Pauline Lipcavage Langan, a member of St. Patrick’s Church and a graduate of West Scranton HS, Class 1973.
Rose was a homemaker whose passion was her family. Her love, compassion and understanding were their guiding light and compass that will live forever.
Rose touched many lives during her time on earth and in addition to her husband leaves behind her daughters Gabrielle Quinn Petrillo and her husband Rocco, Scranton and Danielle Quinn Harvey and her husband Jason, Scranton; son Sean Quinn, Scranton; brother Patrick Langan and his wife Janet, Scranton as well as 4 grand-children Joshua and Owen Harvey and Judah and Seamus Petrillo; several nieces and nephews including Brian, Kelly, Megan Kevin and Connor Langan, Scranton.
A celebration of Rose’s life will be held Thursday from 5 to 7 PM at the Donahue Funeral Home, 303 S Main Ave., Scranton, PA 18504. In keeping with Rose’s wishes cremation was selected and interment will follow at a later date.
