Kevin Timothy Langan, 36, of Scranton passed away unexpectedly Saturday May 10th, 2025 at home.
Born in Scranton he was the son of Patrick J. and Janet S. Miller Langan.
For years Kevin was employed as a truck driver achieving awards for miles of safe driving. Kevin was happiest when helping others and spent time volunteering at Katie’s Place Clubhouse.
Kevin will be remembered for his sense of humor, his contagious laugh, his fondness for gaming, and most of all his selfless acts of love and kindness to family, friends and animals alike. He will be missed greatly.
In addition to his parents Kevin leaves behind his sisters, Kelly Langan, Dunmore and Megan Langan, Scranton; brothers Brian Langan, Philadelphia and Connor Langan, Scranton; a nephew Mikey Hegedus, Scranton; nieces Mayleen and Mira Langan-Shoup, Scranton; grandmother Millicent Miller, Scranton as well as his pet family Jack, Riggs and Ariel.
A celebration of Kevin’s life will be held on Thursday from 4 to 6 PM at the Donahue Funeral Home, 303 S Main Ave., Scranton, PA 18504 [www.scrantonfuneralservices.com] with services at the Funeral Home at 6 PM celebrated by Father Richard Fox, St. Patrick’s Church, WS.
